Search for Sales Orders

Via the sales orders menu, you get an overview of all sales orders created in Stoqflow. Are you looking for a specific sales order? Then you can apply filters or search using the search bar. This way, you can search for all sales orders that contain a specific, for example, a specific SKU, or that have been shipped on a specific date.

?> Tip As long as you continue to navigate within the 'sales orders' menu, the applied filter remains active. To remove a filter (reset), you can use the cross icon next to the search field.

Filters

To apply a filter, click on "Filters" at the top. Then you can set multiple filters. You can choose to display results that meet your criteria or to exclude them. To exclude a search, simply click on the "=" sign. For example, you can get an overview of all sales orders from two linked webshops, except for the sales orders with the status 'pending payment'.

Orders filters

Search Bar

The following filters are available in the search bar:

  • Order number: the order number of a sales order
  • External reference: the external reference of a sales order (e.g., the order number of a linked webshop)
  • Customer name: (part of) the name of a customer
  • Company name: (part of) the name of the customer's company
  • Tracking number: one of the tracking numbers of a sales order
  • SKU: 'sku:APPLE' - SKU of a product that appears in a sales order
  • Product name: 'product:Fruitmand' - (part of) the name of a product that appears in a sales order
  • Shipping date: 'sent:…' - for example, 'sent:01/01/2021' or 'sent:01/01/2021-31/01/2021'
  • Scheduled shipping date: 'scheduled:…' - for example, 'scheduled:01/01/2021' or 'scheduled:01/01/2021-31/01/2021'
  • Destination country: 'country:…' - for example, 'country:BE' or 'country:BE,NL'
  • Batch number: 'batch:…' - for example, 'batch:12345' for products with batch number 12345
  • Expiration date: 'expires:…' - for example, 'expires:01/01/2021' or 'expires:01/01/2021-31/01/2021'
  • Serial number: 'serial:…' - for example, 'serial:12345' for products with serial number 12345
