Warehouse - Pick Location Inventory Below Minimum

To ensure smooth order processing, it is important that there is sufficient inventory available at the pick locations. This prevents pick rounds from being interrupted by shortages at pick locations or unnecessarily long visits to bulk locations, which often require a forklift to reach the inventory.

!> Tip Stoqflow will always try to make reservations for inventory at pick locations, except when the exact quantity is available at a bulk location.

In Stoqflow, you can set the minimum inventory that must be available at pick locations for each product.

The "Pick Location Inventory Below Minimum" report provides an overview of all products where the inventory at pick locations is below the set minimum. This allows a warehouse employee to quickly see which products need to be replenished at the pick locations. The report also displays the ABC label for each product, so you can quickly see which products are most important to replenish.
