Shipping Methods Management
Through the shipping method settings, you can create, edit and/or delete your shipping methods.
Shipping methods can be manually created or added via a provider (such as Sendcloud).
?> Tip To get the maximum user comfort and efficiency out of Stoqflow, we recommend creating shipping methods through the Sendcloud integration. You can do this by enabling the Sendcloud integration.
Shipping Methods Overview
The shipping method settings show a list of your current active shipping methods together with some handy filters to make it easier to browse and manage the list.
?> Tip: Not all shipping methods are displayed in this list by default. Click on the eye icon () to also display unused shipping methods in the list.
Bulk Actions
When you click on at least one shipping method in the list, several actions will appear above the list:
- Show: Show the selected shipping methods for the selected shops.
- Hide: Hide the selected shipping methods for the selected shops.
- As Standard: Set the selected shipping methods as the standard shipping method for the selected shops.
!> Note: For the "as standard" action, you must also have the "Standard Shipping Method" set to "Standard options per shop". You can set this up via the General Settings at the top of the shipping method settings.
Creating and/or Editing Shipping Methods
To create a shipping method or edit an existing one, click on the + button in the top right corner of the list. To edit an existing shipping method, click on that shipping method's pencil icon () in the list.

Per shipping method, you can configure the following settings:
- The shipping label provider (Who takes care of registering the shipment for the label)
- For which shops the shipping method is visible
- For which shops the shipping method is standard
- What the minimum and maximum weight is of the shipping method
- For which countries the shipping method can be used
- Any weight classes with associated prices
